Dan Kury is a recording engineer, concert sound engineer, mastering engineer, producer and musician. He also designs and installs sound systems for houses of worship, as well as other venues.
For the past 35 years, he has worked with musicians from all around the globe, and operated sound for a number of US Presidents during their visits to the St. Louis area.
He has arranged dozens of known works with Garritan Sample Libraries, and has recently composed his first composition titled "Transitions In Life".
Dan has recorded and mixed all kinds of music for CD, DVD, shows, concerts, advertisements and hundreds of church musical productions. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of music including but not limited to: string quartets, classical, jazz, a cappella groups, rock and country.
Back in 2003, Dan purchased his first Apple computer for his recording, editing and mixing. It wasn't very long before he taught himself how to use midi. Since he is self taught in all other areas, figuring out the ins and outs of midi didn't seem to bother him. While the sounds he uses for his musical experiments are only sampled instruments, it is these tools that have caused him to finally recognize the full potential of his unique God-given talents, not just as an audio engineer, but as an arranger and musician too.
Dan says... "I am very blessed to have grown up in a household with loving parents and great music..."
Dan fully embraced this computer technology, and has not looked back since!
